Introduction

District Water Supply and Sewage in Brzesko ( Poland)  is located in conducts its activity in the provision of water to residents of three municipalities – Brzesko, Wojnicz and  Debno ( three sities in Lesser Poland)  Is the legal successor of the District Water and Sewage in Brzesko and was based on the Act on Municipal Enterprise Transformation Limited Liability Company - Notary rep. 11 12/1999 dated 06.02.1999 

Challenge

The main objectives were preventing cases and areas of bullying (inside and outside ) and monitoring people, especially employees and customers. On the other hand, the important thing was to monitor all cars coming on the area of the company and into the garages. Possibility to check licence plate was obligated.  

Besides the monitoring system should provide the ability to program audio messages upon the occurrence of an event inside the building, prevent damage and graffiti writing and putting up posters outside the establishment.

The views from IPcameras shoud be record day and night so all the cameras should have possibility to view at night. There should be also possibility to zoom on cash desks with wide anckle. All indoor cameras should have Vandal Proof housing.   

Solution

In order to getting a high quality video there ware chosen 2 models of IPcam;
AirLive BU-3025 provides monitoring outdoor 24 hours, even under adverse weather conditions, and high-resolution CMOS sensor with infrared LEDs that offer a large range of 25 meters.

Meanwhile, OD-2050HD  although it is outsite IPCamera the installer decided to choose this one beacouse of  IP66 Vandal Proof housing that was required. This camera support also WDR and auto-changeable IR filter (ICR) inside also provides superior day/night performance.

Additional there were used CoreNVR 16 that supports up to 4 Megapixel resolution for IP cameras with H.264 video codec for high quality, real-time monitoring, recording and playback.

For the connection, all AirLive IP cameras and CoreNVR system  were connected to POE-GSH 2004L-370 that supports Device Guard Function and provide easier manageability, security and QoS.

Result

The full system of monitoring solve all needs inside and outside  the building. 10 pcs of outdoor ipcames are able to monitor whole outside area including: entrances, parking places, garages and all building sites. AirLive cameras provide 3-Magapixel high definition resolution at 25 frames per second and 1080P at 30 frames per second that is enough to  have perfect  view even with  zoom.

The video quality of 2 IPcameras: OD-2050HD provide a smoother and more detailed image and the 3 to 9 mm varifocal lens makes it cover from 120° to 40° viewing angle (horizontal). It  was  very important feature when we talk about  cash desk that should be monitor exacly . IP66 Vandal Proof  makes system more safety.
